Command to use tokens for bumping songs

!bump or something similar where you can spend your tokens in chat instead of having to go through the website. !bump 250 <song name>

Should we also have a Bump button in the queue? Right now there's one in the Song List, but Live Learn songs aren't there of course. A Bump button in the queue would allow people to bump Live Learn requests from the website interface, instead of this new !bump command being the only way. Alternatively, token spending could be built into the "Edit my request" button that's already there - though that wouldn't allow bumping requests made by others.
