"Live Now" for Streamers looking to Raid Out (Twitch)

I'm a small streamer on Twitch but when I want to look for someone to raid - if my friends aren't online and I want to find another musician for viewers to continue their live-music-request experience, I have to scroll for quite a bit on the music category page - through DJs and people not taking live requests. What I'd really love is to be able to find streamers live with their song queue open and basically use this site as a bit of a "stream team" mechanism to locate new friends. Since the data is held by this system, this is the place for me to start in requesting this feature.

I also really wanted this, for pretty much the same reasons you described. I built a site based on StreamerSongList and Twitch APIs. I use it myself both to discover music streamers as well as find a raid target. https://nextsong.tv This isn't for-profit so I hope sharing this is okay.
