Waiting For The Rain

Watching the clouds go by

Reeling

Feeling the air so fine

Seeing

The life beside me shine

Connected

We're together in time

The sun is gone

The light is low

We do not fear because we know

We're waiting for, waiting for the rain

Lying

Trying to quiet the mind

Leaves they open

before it's time

Trusting

These senses of mine

Knowing

Where to draw the lines

The sun is gone

The light is low

We do not fear because we know

We're waiting for, waiting for the rain

The wind

Will blow away the dust

Water

Will seep into the earth's crust

Thunder

Will shake you, wake you up

The darkness

Reveals the light you're made of

The sun is gone

The light is low

We do not fear because we know

We're waiting for, waiting for the rain
